Markie Post is a noted American actor best known for her portrayals of public defender Christine Sullivan in NBCs sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABCs drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBSs sitcom Hearts Afire. Markie Post has worked as an actress and on several games shows. Their two daughters and sisters were nurtured by her scientist father Richard F. Post, and poet Marylee Post in Walnut Creek. Las Lomas High School was where she studied and cheered. Following a short stint at Pomona College, she graduated from Lewis & Clark College. Her previous marriage was with Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross has been her husband and co-writer from 1982. They have two daughters. Post is a source of inspiration for many Hollywood actors by being a wonderful actor, wife and mother. Early credits for Post's acting include a 1979 appearance on Barnaby Jones, the first episode Simon & Simon Details at Elevenin 1981 episode one of season two of The Greatest American Hero two episodes of The A-Team as two different characters in The Only Church in Townin 1983 and Hot Stylesin 1984 and The Love Boat. In 1983, Hot Styles as well as the Love Boat were regular characters on ABC's action drama The Fall Guy. She had previously appeared in Buck Rogers for The Twenty-First Century as well as the science fiction series Buck Rogers.
