Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on October 28 1967 in the home of Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. She is the fourth Roberts generation to live in Atlanta that began with her grandfather who was a farmer, John Pendleton Roberts. The father of her mother took the first interest to the theater. He performed on at the Emory University campus in 1952 as well as in various productions in Atlanta. While stationed in Biloxi the Mississippi state, he was cast as a soldier in a production with Betty Lou Bredemus. They married in 1955. Their baby son Eric Anthony, was born in the year 1956. Walter was enrolled in Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana. In 1957, the couple had a break from the military and Walter started studying at Tulane University. Walter started working at Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio in 1960. Walter and Betty Lou started production in 1964 on the children's local Saturday morning television program Bum Bum and His Buddies the show they had funded. They established an Actors and Writers Workshop in that same year. It was in operation for six years. In 1965, they welcomed two children to the family: Lelisa Billingsley as well as Julia Billingsley.
